Partnership for a Drug-Free NC, Inc. (PDFNC) is the North Carolina alliance for The Partnership for a Drug-Free America. PDFNC has been a TeenFest partner since 2005.

4Dimensional Photography & Promotion Consulting.  Owner: Sheree Betts. 4 Dimensional has been a supporter of TeenFest Foundation and TeenFest(ival) since 2006.   Atlanta-based From Afros to Shell Toes uses art, action, and conversation to take the clich√© of Black community from rhetoric to reality by providing progressive strategies to empower youth and elders.  Co-founder Edward Garnes, Jr. has been a TeenFest supporter since 2006.

Radio One Raleigh's local Hip-Hop & R&B station has supported TeenFest since the very first event in 2005.
